Psychiatric Prescribing
Our initial visit begins with a thorough health and medication history. Follow up visits might be every week up to every three months, depending on how many changes we are making.
When possible and appropriate we fit behavior coaching into these visits. For people needing more time to navigate medication complexities we will need separate visits, at least initially.

Wellness Habit Coaching
We can make meeting your health goals a happy process, imagine that! Health and wellness coaching is often gimmicky or guilt inducing. A holistic approach to mental health means figuring out how to care for all of our organs. But it's possible for health and wellness coaching to be a relief, not a burden.
We combine evidence based approaches to behavior change, including Tiny Habits.
Tiny Habits was designed by a Stanford researcher who found that when we make habits tiny and celebrate our wins we can make profound changes. With our background in health care, we know what changes will make a real difference in your body.
Floss one tooth? Put on your sneakers? Do a dance! You think we’re kidding, but it works.
Habit coaching is only available for clients whose medications we are managing. Note that these services can be tricky to use with insurance, ask for more info at your free consult.
Gender Affirming Care
It’s hard to fix depression when you’re dealing with dysphoria. We can manage hormones whether or not you’re a psychiatry client.
